Why no per-seat or per-hire pricing?

Because value comes from pooling, not individual volume. A flat fee aligns all portcos to use the platform fully, with no marginal-cost calculation at every hire.

What happens during year one if we change tier?

Tier is reviewable at 6 months on signature, no penalty. If your portfolio grows from 12 to 26 portcos, we move to Mid-market pro-rata.

Do you work with funds outside Europe?

Yes, on UK, Switzerland, and US Tier-2 geographies. For APAC or US Tier-1 funds, we co-build the compliance roadmap (SOC 2, etc.).
